Meet the RTM Directors

Nimisha Patel
I am an experienced change and transformation professional with a strong background in strategic delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational improvement. As an RTM Director, I am committed to helping ensure Streamlight Tower is managed transparently, efficiently, and in the best interests of leaseholders, residents, and the wider community.
I have been a leaseholder at Streamlight Tower since April 2023 and, like many residents, I am passionate about improving standards, accountability, communication, and long-term value for everyone who lives in the development.

Michael Horridge
I have worked in the Capital Markets industry in London for over two decades and also hold non-Executive roles overseeing finance and governance within the charity sector. I am keen to bring this experience to the RTM Company to help ensure Streamlight Tower is managed efficiently, professionally, and with a strong focus on accountability and value for money.
Having been a leaseholder at Streamlight Tower since the building first opened in 2012, I have seen first-hand how the development has evolved over the years and understand many of the challenges residents currently face. I am particularly passionate about improving oversight of costs, strengthening governance, and helping ensure service charges deliver genuine value for leaseholders.

Scott Gibbons
I am a solicitor with 15 years of experience working in transactional banking law across both private practice and in-house legal environments. I am keen to use this experience to help ensure Streamlight Tower is managed more efficiently and effectively, with a stronger focus on accountability, communication, and delivering better outcomes for leaseholders.
Having been both a leaseholder and resident at Streamlight Tower since 2016, I have a strong personal interest in the long-term management, upkeep, and future of the building. I am particularly passionate about helping ensure leaseholders receive a professional and responsive service, together with better oversight of costs and decision-making.
